We know that finding a new stylist can be intimidating, that said we want to give you an idea of what to expect for your first visit. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you to walk out with a smile on your face!
Your first visit will begin with a consultation to best identify your hair goals, lifestyle needs and maintenance plan to keep your hair looking healthy. We will discuss what you're not loving about your hair and what your challenges are. These questions will help our stylist to create a customized color formula and application that is unique to you!
Before leaving the salon our stylist will recommend take home products to maintain the color of your hair and help you recreate your new style to keep you looking your best!

Mini Session (This will take approximately 1.5 hours)
This session is best if you just want a color retouch
(This is one solid color just on the roots)

Basic (This will take approximately 2 hours with haircut 2.5)
This session is best if you want a few pops of brightness or if you have fine/thin hair
(Comparable to partial highlight). This service is also for someone who wants one solid
color all over that is the same or darker then your natural color.

Maintenance (This will take approximately 2.5 hours with haircut 3)
This session is best if you are having highlights or balayage touched up or a bleach and tone retouch. This service is great for our clients who come in regularly for touchups. (Comparable to partial highlight for thick to coarse hair or full foil for thin/medium amount of hair).

Trademark (This will take approximately 3 hours with haircut 3.5)
This is a great place to start if you have no clue what you want! It gives us time to get to know your hair. Its also for our beauties with thick, long hair! Theses factors make your sessions a little longer (Also for full Highlights for thick hair or coarse hair).

High Maintenance (This will take approximately 4 hours with haircut 4.5)
High maintenance blonding is best if you have thick, long preciously colored, naturally dark hair or need corrective blonding! This service is also best is you're looking for extreme blonding or wanting to go much lighter! This is also for our VIVID color clients (PINK,BLUE, PURPLE, GREEN). Plus our all over bleach and tones.

HAIR EXTENSTIONS?
Please note that we offer all the same color services like other salons. We have renamed these services in order to condense the options to make it easier for you to book. ALL PRICING ARE STARTING POINTS AND CAN GO UP
First time extension clients need to book consultation before booking extension appointment. This way we can see if your a candidate, color match and order your hair.
Tape Ins
With this method each extension is an inch long and is sandwiched together.
This method stays in your hair 4-6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. Then we take them out, retape the extensions and put them back in your hair. This can happen up to two-three times.
Cold Fusion
This method is connected to your hair by copper tubes with a silicone lining to protect your hair. This method stays in your hair 2-3 months. Hair is usually not reused.
Handtied
Foundation is made with copper tubes and your hair and then weft piece is sewn in. This last about 8 weeks then you take out and redo with the same hair.
Hot Fusion
The tip of the hair extension is applied to your hair by keratin adhesive.
This method last 2-3 months. Hair is not reusable.

We currently only have Junior stylist 1 & 2 and Master stylists. Please go to meet the team
page to learn more about each service provider.
Junior Stylist Level 1
A stylist who has completed their initial Dolce Salon Training under our owner Heather Trout.
After completing our ‘Associate Training Program’, these stylists graduate to the salon floor
and are developing and perfecting their skill set. Prices for a New Talent services are less than
any other level due to their short amount of time in the industry. A Junior level 1 Stylist is NOT
someone who is recently licensed cosmetologist, but rather someone who is new to our salon,
offering beautiful and budget friendly services.

Junior Stylist Level 2
A stylist who is developing their artistry in all principle based design haircuts and color techniques,
and who has completed at least one year at the Junior Level 1.
No one is at this level at this time
Junior Stylist Level 3
A stylist who has developed their design and coloring skills, working to produce beautiful and artistic outcomes. These advanced stylists have gone through additional training and certifications in all the primary principals.
No one is at this level at this time
Senior Stylist Level 1
A stylist who has worked extremely hard and has reached multiple dolce triers of goals and has at least 2 years of experience.
Megan,Vanessa & Marisa
Senior Stylist Level 2
These are our advanced stylists and designers whom are certified as a specialist in all three principles: cut, color, and styling.
Elle & Austin
Senior Stylist Level 3
These stylists hold leadership positions within the salon and are advanced with techniques.
No one currently at this level
Master Stylist
This level is reserved for our most experienced and in high demand service providers in our salon. They are well-known for their work, have
reached rigorous goals and met our education and skill requirements. These stylists artistically guide the entire team and take appointments
by request only. These are the most sought-after hairstylists in the salon not only because of their very advanced education level but also
because of their well-known reputation in the community.
Heather, Kelly, Tamarah, Brett, Crystal, Lizanne, Sophia, Jill, Rhonda and Michelle are all Master Stylist.

***We understand being on-time can be an issue with traffic, work and things out of your control. Please be sensitive to your stylist if they are not given enough time to complete your service. If you show up 15 minutes past your appointment our hope is you understand you are putting them into a position to not fully provide the service requested. Our stylist are amazing at what they do but this is an art, chemistry and getting to know your hair and you as a person. Our only ask is if you show up late, take consideration for the stylist doing they best they can with reduced time to perform what they do best.***
